I placed an order large enough to get 7g of free fruit during a promo around July 4th. The ad made no mention that you couldn’t use other coupons as well. One coupon was automatically added via their website. The total was still over the threshold for free fruit even after the discount.
I reached out and was told coupons couldn’t also be used. I offered to pay the difference. Instead customer service just quit responding.
